Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

The hinged top is easy to use, and the storage compartment holds all of my throw blankets and odds & ends. I love the detailing at the legs, and the nail head trim is fabulous! I selected a fabric from Ballard, which turned out to be really beautiful. I would highly recommend this piece.

There was a problem with the bolt they received. Ballard promptly alerted me to it and it was quickly sorted out. I was really pleased with the quality of the bench and the quality of the upholstering. The designs on my pattern lined up perfectly. This bench is a really good value for the quality. I don't hesitate to recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has glamour and functionality This bench is truly beautiful! It is elegant and glamorous, as evidenced by its lines which are accentuated by the nailhead trim. Love having the choice of nailhead type, as well as choice of fabric to be upholstered. The fabric I chose is absolutely gorgeous - I was blown away by it. Everything about it, from the construction and materials used to the piano-style hinges are top quality. Plus the amount of storage is great, and the hinge-style keeps the lid from falling on your head - a definite safety feature. It's a 5star product I would recommend to anyone.

The bench is great and very well made. I had ordered it with a COM and getting to know the process for this was indeed difficult. Once I finally got in contact with the proper design staff everything went very smoothly and I received my bench, and matching headboard without incident and in the time estimated

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality not as expected I ordered this item in the Everyday 10oz Linen Natural fabric with brass nailheads. The first trunk I received had an unattractive defect in that the front right leg was visibly bent and bowed in. (See attached photos.) This was not damage from shipping, but was actually built and shipped this way. Based on other reviews, I had high expectations for the quality of this product and was very disappointed to receive the item with such a visible defect. I'm very glad that I did not opt to use my own fabric, as this would have created a whole other set of problems and most likely would have put me out the cost of the fabric. The company did send a replacement at no cost to me and the second bench is satisfactory, though it was a huge pain to repack the original bench for return. I will say that the opening mechanism for the top is very good because the lid swings in and up, preventing it from hitting the wall or needing to be pulled away to avoid doing so. The bench is solid, attractive, comfortable to sit on, and has a large storage capacity. I would recommend this product under the following circumstances: 1.) Do not use your own fabric, as the item may arrive defective and, 2.) Stay on the low end of the cost spectrum.
