Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Little Accent Sconce I wanted some small sconces to add to my living room bookshelves but could not get my wife and our designer on the same page during a recent remodel. I saw these bookshelf lights and decided to take a chance on them despite the higher price point. Thankfully, they are very sturdy and look great! The marble base is very solid (and heavy) to add stability and the brass parts look well made. Paired with black shades they definitely add a cozy vibe to our living room, and it will be easy to add holes in the back of the shelf to run the power cords for a more built-in look. One of the pair we ordered came with a defective switch and the marble base was uneven, but BD express shipped us a replacement and it had no issues. If you want to add sconces to your decor but aren't sure about the location these are a great option to try out!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this reproduction of antique marble lamp I really love the concept of this marble lamp. It did come with two inverted chips and a large chip with black scuff marks. Customer service was very quick with a reply and we resolved the issue. This is not a tiny or light lamp. Well made and we love it with the white tall shade in pure white. When lit it cast a golden glow upon the shade. We love if on the middle shelf of our bookcase. It’s a very clean look for any style home.
