We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $20-$40/item oversized handling fee.

Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow three additional days if your order includes personalized items.

How do you calculate standard shipping charges?

Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Expedited Delivery Charges (for orders under 10 lbs.)

  • Two Business Day delivery - $9.95 additional

For expedited delivery items over 10 lbs., additional charges will be reflected at checkout.

Can I pick up items from your store?

Sure. With Ship to Store delivery, you can purchase qualified items* online and have them sent to your closest retail store to pick-up. We’ll take care of the shipping costs. Click Here to find a store near you.

Truck Delivery

Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.

All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $20-$40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. Threshold Truck Delivery

Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.

Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.

In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended

On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.

Truck Delivery Scheduling

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4hour window for your delivery. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator restrictions. It's important to ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

What to expect for Delivery

On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Accepting your Delivery

Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Isabella Drapery panel This is a colorful bold pattern. The problem with the drape is the sewing. The backing is sewn shorter than the front so, when the curtains hang, there is a bubble of fabric hanging in front. I will be taking the hem apart and resewing it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the print, but not the craftmanship While I love this botanical print and the look of it in my room, I was pretty disappointed that, for the price, they do not seem to be made well. When I steamed the panels to hang them, the bottoms of the panels bunched up and would not hang straight. My upholsterer happened to be at my house right after I hung them, and said the lining of a drapery should never be sewn inside the hem, which is why they bunched up when steamed. I am now paying her to fix them.....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful Fabric. Had to repair. These are lovely but just be aware that if you do not sew you might want to return. I had to resew some of the tabs at the top. It appeared that they were trimmed too close to the seams and came apart. Also the side hem was not smooth and it causes ripples that will not completely iron out. I do love the fabric. They look great in the bedroom, but I should have returned them. I ordered the blue print. 96”

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful fabric but hems are uneven I waited a long time for these drapes so decided to keep them, even with their imperfections. I will need to sew one of the tabs back onto the curtain since it came undone as I hung them. That's one panel. The length on that one is perfect. The other panel has an uneven hem and is over an inch shorter. Fortunately, I know how to sew so I will have to rip the hem open and lengthen it to match. I am disappointed but once I get that done, I know that I'll be happy with them. One tip; iron the panels and pull down a bit on the sides as you go. This will help flatten and relax those side hems. I also pleat and wrap the drapes with some strips of fabric overnight to help them hang evenly. I'm going to choose to recommend this product but only for those who have some experience with sewing and caring for drapes. Otherwise, just be aware that you might need to return one or more of the panels if they have hem problems.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I love this fabric. However, these are poorly made. I've had them hanging for 6 months now and the drape fabric has stretched and is puckered now at the hem. The lining is not stretching like the drapery fabric is. The bottom 2 feet of the drapes are wrinkled and don't hang well at all. I'm so disappointed in these. I'm debating whether to just give up and take them down or try to take them apart and resew them.

Hems were all over the place, fabric sagging from lining, puckered on side seams and at the hem. If I hadn't loved the fabric, would have returned them for the shoddy quality of the way they are sewn. But, again, love the print. Ordered the 96" in the green.
