I had it shipped to the Ballard store at King of Prussia Mall because it was not in the store and I had seen it in the new catalog. I had the associates open it in the store and It was exactly what I had hoped it to be. Many of the sales associates commented on how beautiful it is and when I got it home and put it up, my husband and I love it. I think the quality is great and the store repacked it perfectly for the drive home. This is my first purchase from Ballard and I will absolutely buy from them again! Now I need new chairs to go with the picture! (P.s.... It is very large so make sure you measure and that it will fit your space. )

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because one corner of the canvas has the smallest dent. Like maybe the cardboard packing was a little too close. It has soften some and it truly is not noticeable to other people. If it had been bad I would have returned. Colors are really pretty.

Contacted customer service and never heard back. Kept it, just looks old and used on the wall due to the frame issues.
