After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Ivory hooked diamond rugThe rug is as pictured. What I like is that the ivory color does not have a yellow cast. I have it in my bedroom. I think in a well trafficked area, it will need frequent vacuuming due to the carved diamond surface. But it is soft and has ample thickness.

Best rug in my houseI love this rug! I bought the runner size and so wish I had bought this for my bedroom instead. I bought a no-slip rug pad to go with it and it is the most plush rug in my entire house with the pad. Buy it! You won’t be disappointed. I’m trying to find a way to buy this for another room too. I have it in ivory.

Happy With This Rug!I purchased two of these in the runner size, one in Ivory and one in Gray. Received the Ivory so far and it is a very nice rug. Soft under foot, minimal to no shedding and looks very well made. Waiting for the gray to arrive next.. would consider buying a larger size for my dining room.

A great bargainThe swatch didn't do this rug justice. It is soft and well cushioned. The diamond pattern really sets it off. What could have been just a boring beige rug turned into a focal point around my bed. It is cream colored so I wouldn't use it in a high traffic area.

The rug is heavy, has a tight weave and very interesting texture. I ordered ivory and I did not find it to have an overtly yellow undertone as so many "ivory" things do. The quality seems outstanding and I've had little to no shedding. I would say the rug is elegant and understated. Very happy with entire transaction.

So far, so goodWe wanted a rug that had some texture/interest without a pattern and this fit the bill for that. I was worried to purchase a rug online knowing that it would most likely be cost prohibitive to return if I was unhappy. I did order a sample swatch prior to purchase to check the color. We purchased an 8x10 rug in flax for our living room and so far, there has been very minimal shedding and no odor at all.

Carpet sheds terribly.I love the way this rug looks and the quality is very nice. The reason for the lower score is solely based on how terribly it sheds. It almost seems out of the ordinary but I am hoping this will eventually stop.

Pretty rug, but not impressed with the quality.I really want to love this rug and it does look good from afar, but there are lots of mis-weaves and pulls in the design loops that when you get closer you can see it. Also worried that those will pull. I feel like the detailing work could be better, certainly for the price. Doesn't shed much which is good at least.

hooked diamond rugI'm generally satisfied with this rug. No shedding or odor. However, it traps dirt so easily. I have this in my living room and I constantly see dirt stains appearing. I've used white vinegar and water to clean the stains, but the fibers muddle (not sure a better word for it), and some of the fibers have come loose. I wouldn't purchase it again in the ivory color. I'm thinking of purchasing the antelope rug and moving this one to my bedroom, where there's less foot traffic and no shoes being worn.

Balls up and shedsThis rug is very thick and nice. The problem is it sheds and the fibers ball up..I have balls of fiber all over my other floors. It looks like dust balls. I have vacuumed to try to get it to stop but it hasn't.

Uncomfortable and SHEDS!The rug arrived in a timely fashioned and is as pictured. I had read in other reviews this was an extremely soft and cushy - that is not the case at all. The main problem, though, is how much it sheds. We can’t drop a piece of clothing on it without it accumulating a ton of rug lint and it also clogs up my roomba! I had to clean the roomba out maybe twice total prior to owning this rug and now we have to unclog it every 2-3 times it runs. Not worth it for the price.

Good looking but sheds like crazyI have the rug in our daughter’s nursery. Within moments of laying it out, my clothes were covered in the fibers. It sheds like crazy and is an itchy material when sitting on the floor. Wanted to love it, but I have not been as pleased as I hoped to be.

Beautiful, but not sustainableBeautiful rug, but came with many snags and pulls.....We bought these for the foyer (high traffic area) and they look like we have had them for years. Just a simple vacuuming cause pulls and snags which look very obvious and shabby with the diamond pattern. These would be five star rugs, if the fibers didn’t snag so easily....really disappointing.
