After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Ordering another set!I'm so glad to see these are still available! I've had a set of them out in my northern Utah zone 5 (-20 degrees, intense summer sun) garden for more than 10 years and they are still perfect for stepping through my perennial beds. They look very nice and seem impervious to the climate and being walked on.

Great Look, Great Price!These stepping stones are just what I was looking for! Not really used for 'stepping', just for balance amongst my Bromeliad bed. I do believe the rubber will withstand the Florida sun (without curling).
Very light, they replaced heavy 16" concrete squares, so perceptually, they seem small.
But that's okay, because the price was very reasonable. Love the intricate pattern, have received compliments from neighbors! Have already recommended, couple times.

A good investment for your home!This is the second time I have ordered the Highgate Stepping Stones and the third time ordering from the Highgate collection as I also have the stairtreads. These items are really great quality and even thought they seem a little expensive on the outset they really save money as they last and last and last! The stair treads I purchased have lasted through five winters and still look as good as new, The whole collection is very durable, well made and attractive!
