The delivery service is another story … Dropped off 2 large boxes and to my builder who was on site they did not have time to unpack and assemble! They were behind schedule… I insisted they return days later to do what they were supposed to do. Of course… I had to wait 4hours for delivery company!

They are being used in a country club lobby and for a commercial property they are great! I must say Ballard Design Customer Service must be the most professional, courteous group I have ever dealt with. Kudos!

The color is as pictured and coordinates well with the rugs and accessories I already had. I've had leather sofas before but this is definitely my favorite. The softness of the leather is amazing. Both the chair and sofa are comfortable. I anticipate they will wear well and serve my needs for a long time.

I wanted a soft, comfy leather sofa and this is perfect...I knew real, soft leather shows the life that sits on it and I'm ok with that. I can always count on quality stuff from Ballard Designs, which is why after shopping stores and online during covid, I went with this one, just because I knew it would be quality. I also purchased the ottoman in lieu of a chaise sofa for more versatility. Good price during a sale and delivery was on time and painless.
