Rated 4 out of 5 by Jersey Joe from Hartwell Leather Sectional sofa Looks nice, good quality leather that may show marks if you're not careful. Very comfortable deep seating. Back cushions could use a bit more structure. But the ability to reverse the ottoman makes it a very flexible piece.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Betharusky from Hartwell Leather Reversible Sectional I bought this sofa in September 2022. It looks quite handsome but has some unexpected issues. The seat cushions move forward toward the floor as one exits the cushions.Because of this problem, the cushions frequently need to be repositioned. A velcro strip would have helped cushions stay in place. The leather grade chosen by manufacturer is quite soft and is susceptible to showing stains and scratches. Unfortunately, this sofa is not a good choice if one has children or pets. The back seat cushions need more stuffing for maintenance of shape and comfort/ support. The cushions need frequent fluffing. I had high expectations for this Ballard sectional.Sadly, it is not aging gracefully, and I regret my purchase.
