Well-made, Compact Size Is a Perfect Fit for MeThis 28-inch wide bar cabinet was the perfect size for a tight space. The unit is well-constructed, and the action of the doors couldn't be smoother. I removed the wire rack for hanging wine glasses that was under the top side of the cabinet to increase the height over the top shelf. Having the cabinet raised off the floor gives me easier access to my bar items without having to bend over so much. My only complaint for this unit is that the right-hand slot does not have a drawer like the left-hand slot. I would have preferred a second drawer. Nevertheless, I love this bar cabinet.

so many compliments!We purchased this bar in navy and LOVE it. It's perfect for our dining room. We've received numerous compliments and inquiries about where we got it.
Note: It has a lot of storage space and is great for barware, liquor, etc. We found a way to house wine too, but it is not meant to be a wine rack/storage. Love this piece!

Love this little bar!I’m very pleased with the Harper Campaign Bar. It’s great to tuck into smaller spaces but holds a fair number of liquor bottles and bar accessories. Contrary to other reviews, the base and cabinet attached to one another easily and without issue. When closed the trim on the doors does not line up perfectly but that does not bother me too much (I love a beautiful but slightly imperfect space) - could probably be fixed if you’re handy though. Overall, I love it!

Great Bar CabinetThis is the best bar cabinet on the market in this general size. It is tall and it has sufficient storage space to hold all of your bar needs: glassware, shakers, wine openers, and lots of bottles. The mirrored back adds light and glamour. It is the perfect height so you can stand and see everything stored inside and make a drink using the pullout shelf. And the doors stay open to display and give you an open accessible bar!! I love it.

Great buy, Love it!Awesome purchase. Super classy and great storage. I really like the pull out counter and I use it often to mix drinks at the bar and hand it to my guests.
One great addition could be the bottom shelf dedicated to wine bottle storage with grooves to hold the bottles.

Love this bar!After looking at lots of bars online and in stores this one proved to be the best choice. The exterior design is classy but simple and the inside is designed for function and attractiveness both. The mirrored backing inside and pullout shelf for mixing the drinks are my favorite elements. We have the navy blue one and the color is a deep blue highlighted by the gold trim and base--so pretty.

Pretty!I have been eyeing this piece for a while and finally purchased it. I have a smaller kitchen, so having a place to store extras like wine glasses alcohol serving dishes etc. is super helpful. And it makes a great furniture piece and extra display surface areas, which I did not have before.

Don't be scared off by negative reviews !I was nervous about ordering this piece due to the negative reviews. It was the perfect size, style, function and color for my condo, so I went for it. It arrived today and I love it! Is there a small gap at the bottom where the doors meet?...yes...but that's the only issue that I could find. The piece is a bit on the distressed side so I see it as being in character. Also, I didn't pay several thousands of dollars for it either. So I am fully satisfied and intend to enjoy!!!

Harper campaign BarDespite the beautiful look and functionality of this piece, I can’t rate above 3 stars due to the manufacturing issue many reviewers mentioned with the misaligned doors, which make the line running across the door# uneven. It took a master carpenter we found nearly more than 2 hrs to try to fix the issue. Ballard customer service was very responsive and offered a small refund, but was only half of what we had to pay to get it fixed. Unfortunate and not typical of Ballard’s quality.

Just okOk… that’s all this liquor cabinet is ok. First of all if you have big bottles they do not fit anywhere. Should have top compartment with only one side wine glass holders. Bottom would be better w a movable shelf. The color is greenish/grey not grey.

Harper Campaign Bar Gold LeafThe paint job, particularly the gold leaf, is not well done at all. I returned it twice hoping three times was a charm. Sadly it was not. The cabinet itself is nice …. but quality control really needs to triple check the design. Just paint it gold or put an actual gold metal trim since gold leafing is not working. I will say Ballard Customer Service is absolutely the best.

Love the cabinet but…I absolutely love the style of this cabinet. My complaint is the paint smell. After 6 months the fumes are still extremely strong when you open. I have to wash my bar service pieces before using them after being stored in the cabinet. I am on the fence on whether I would recommend due to the strong smell, but it is beautiful.

Beautiful Piece But Doors Don’t Function ProperlyWe purchased this bar because, in addition to being beautiful, it is small enough to fit in our dining room without protruding into the walkway. After approximately two months of light use, however, the doors will not stay shut - and having them open both ruins the look of the bar and spills into the walkway. We’ve tried emptying it, leveling it, moving it - but nothing works, and it’s a disappointment for what it cost.

Good overall but a few issuesI just received this cabinet and like it, however there are a few significant issues. The holes for the screws underneath the cabinet do not line up at all on one side, so there is no way to secure one side of the cabinet to the base. On the inside of one of the doors, there is a screw missing from one of the brackets, it looks like it used to be there, but it worries me that the door will be weakened as a result. Finally, the doors do not line up evenly with each other when they are closed, the left door is about .25" higher than the right door.
