Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Oversized Handling Fee - $20-$40 per item

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Fees

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I ordered 2 in the Queens velvet emerald. I wish I could have purchased the connecting corner for the true built-in look, but that would limit us to a much smaller table and only 3 people total could sit comfortably without bumping knees under the tables (could fit more children). They are absolutely lighter in color than I expected, but I'm still happy. Absolutely order swatches before purchasing- the swatches all looked quite different than I expected, and I viewed them on multiple computer screens. I rubbed food into this swatch and easily cleaned it off without staining, prior to purchase. So I think they will hold up well for a dinning area. I love that the seat cushion is attached with elastic and hooks, so it won't slide off. Just wish they were available in more than only 36 or 48"!!

So glad I ordered swatches first and then it was hard to decide which velvet to use. I absolutely love my bench, and posted pictures below! It gives such a rich look to our table and chairs. So happy I ordered it. It also sits a little higher than most benches, so it reaches the table height very well. You will not be disappointed and don't be afraid to order the swatches, it really helped to see the material in person first. All of the material samples were stunning!!! Love it!
