Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I did them COM and bought a Sunbrella fabric, which was a stripe pattern. It was for a beach house, so I was thinking...food, sand, sunscreen...Sunbrella. They are gorgeous, and the stripes were straight on the piece. Padding is thick enough on seat to be comfy. My kids love them. Sunglare in picture, doesn't do it justice...sorry.

I placed it against the wall and I have two chairs and another bench that are black leather with nickel studs showing, so they all match. It looks very classy and fun at the same time we love it! It is very well made and I love the fabric I choose. Great product!

I purchased this bench to go with their 42" Sydney round dining table. I sent in Vintage Blossom- Jade fabric by Robert Allen. Ballard did an excellent job matching the pattern and I was really impressed that the seat cushion is clipped in and reversible. I would highly recommend this product!

I was pleased with the quality and style, the nail heads give it the flare I was looking for. I originally looked at a leather bench seat, but so glad I spiced it up with this piece instead... Really gives character to my entire kitchen. I highly recommend!

I live in a narrow rowhouse in the city and it is perfect for my dining room set because the bench lives up against a wall- no chairs bumping into the wall anymore. I sent in my own fabric from Calico Corners and Ballard did a remarkable job covering it. It looks elegant and refined- a great value.

With 2 small boys I am hoping that the fabric truly is an indoor/outdoor easy care fabric! Our one concern, and it may be resolved once we get a new table, is that the bench sits low, so eating at the table is a bit awkward. We did not buy a Ballard table, so maybe that is our ultimate answer - just pay attention to the table height when buying this if you intend to eat on the bench. Otherwise, a stylish, low cost bench.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from WHERE ARE WASHABLE SLIPCOVERS? I purchased two of the 36" Hampton benches, chose a red twill fabric, and my 3 cats love it as much as I do. Every single year since I visit the website to see if slipcovers are available, as the cushions are too difficult to remove/replace to wash, needing washing often because cat fur is a magnet to twill. PLEASE CONSIDER OFFERING SLIPCOVERS! BTW, my cozy dining nook banquettes are great to nap on after a meal (6 feet long)..
