I am extremely particular and return many items. This is a keeper. The gold ring at the top is like the frosting on the cake. Enjoy!

Very well made with a sturdy marble base, and a pretty touch with a brass ornament on top. I am ordering another one! As always Ballard brings the nicest things to the home.

Rated 3 out of 5 by RABAN from Top piece Absolutely beautiful piece, however it takes about 15 turns to screw top piece in every time you change the towels versus the 5 I would assume. I would probably buy again, but if u have a large family I’d consider this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Almost perfect. Almost perfect. The marble base absolutely keeps the holder solidly flat when tearing off a paper towel. No need to hold the top of the dispenser to keep it still, HOWEVER, the most used part is the top piece that is unscrewed and removed to change the paper towel roll. The pretty gold circle is very flimsy, especially the stem. Must be treated very gently otherwise I see the potential of it snapping off.
