Great quality with cozy cottage look
I loved the quality and the rustic/cottage look of the basket--it's quite charming. I hung it on a wall with tall curly willow branches spraying out of it, and it looks stunning.

Attractive & Functional
Very attractive and well constructed. I have it hanging in our mud room and will be using it for winter gear so it’s a very functional piece as well.

Nice size, problem with handle
The handle has no structure, causing the basket to droop

Medium gratitude basket
Really nice but a bit heady so it does not hang flushed to the wall. Might need something to support the bottom

Gratitude Baskets
These are perfect for a large wall that you don’t want to put artwork on. I put a throw in the large basket as it is very large. Magazines in the medium size and flowers in the small. Perfect for a bedroom wall.

Gratitude basket
It is nice quality for a basket. Works well for my use. I also purchase the twig hook which I like but not sure it will work for the original purpose. Probably will use it for something else since I really like it.

Cute basket
Cute basket. It is a bit flimsy and could a tad bit more structure for hanging on the wall.

Floppy Basket
Cute basket but doesn't work for me. I purchased this basket to hang on my front door with a small arrangement of fresh flowers. It is attractive but it doesn't have much structure so the front hangs too far forward when you put items inside. I tried wiring the front to the back but it didn't really look the way I had envisioned so I gave up. I'll find another use for it. Also the handle is very thick. I purchased the basket that is rounded on the bottom.

Pretty, but pretty pricey
I like them a lot, but do think I overpaid. I wouldn’t buy them again for that reason alone.

Disappointing
I got two of the small and they are a great size, but the quality is disappointing. You can see plastic stitching in the front, one is more obvious than the other and the actual sizing of the baskets and handles are inconsistent. Not worth paying the return shipping so I will keep them, but not the usual Ballard quality.

Poorly made - very visible fishing line stitches
These baskets are weird. I bought the small to hang in my laundry room. The basket has extremely prominent, very thick clear fishing line stitching it all together vertically. When the sun comes in the window it glistens and looks ridiculous. I have never seen a basket made this way before. It looks bad and also seems like it won’t last more than a few months because I can already see a few of the knots becoming untied right out of the box. Not worth shipping back but definitely very disappointing. It’s also much more green in color than pictured but hopefully that will fade. Interesting that the reviews are all either 5-star that received an incentive, or 1-star (buried at the bottom) that are honest reviews about the poor quality.

Quality Lacking
I bought two of these for the entranceway of my house. I was going to place them behind my door so that my husband and I could sort our mail one for him. One for me quality is so terribly poor that the baskets themselves are not even symmetrical as you can see from the photo. When items are placed inside the basket, bows out & our mail is not that heavy (ie no magazines ect just letters) I am very disappointed as I was expecting these to be of much better quality

Terrible
I ordered the small and medium, the small looked ok. The medium is absolutely unacceptable, it is about 2.5 inches lower on the back right side while the front is also off in addition to a noticable gap. The basket appears woven by a blindfolded drunk person who used their feet. I called customer service and they sent a replacement - pictured is the replacement. It's just as bad as the first. At this point I would appreciate a refund for the med basket please.

Cheap, flimsy, lopsided.
I bought the small basket. I was shocked at the poor quality. It is stitched together with plastic line, which you can see. The construction is very weak and does not hold more than paper or other light items. It’s also totally lopsided , further giving it a cheap appearance. I sent it back and continue to do less and less business with BD. The brand has slipped in recent years. Disappointing.
