What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Grand Palais Round Mirror- very pretty mirrorIt is a beautiful mirror. I can't wait to see it up on the wall. It's heavy and needs 2 toggle bolts
for the 2 screws it hangs from. I can't do this myself but I'm pleased with the mirror. I'd probably have given it 4 stars, since the installation is above my capability, but the packaging was fantastic. I was worried that the glass might have been broken. A+ for the packaging.

Amazing mirrorI’m seriously in love with this mirror. It’s VERY heavy so make sure you know what you’re doing when you hang this, make sure you find the studs! Also, hang it low to the table, I hung mine like 2” too high, oh well. It’s going to stay there for now. LOVE IT

A Stand Out PieceThis mirror is beautiful in our living area, setting off the room nicely. We have it above our mantel, and this area is now a stunning focal point, thanks largely to this mirror. It is a heavy, substantial piece and required a bit of engineering to hang, but my husband and I accomplished it together. We will enjoy this piece for some time to come.

Stunning focal point!It is stunning! If you want a beautiful focal point in any room this is it. I am always pleased and satisfied with anything I purchase from Ballard and this large 48 inch wide mirror is no exception. I couldn’t be happier. I did purchase the “white glove” delivery for an extra $40.00 which includes unpacking and placing in room of your choice. Glad I did as mirror is very heavy. Beautiful Mirror - Outstanding Customer ServiceIt took us 3 tries, but thanks to Ballard Design's excellent customer service, we finally received an unbroken mirror today! Unfortunately, the previous 2 mirrors arrived completely shattered, and we could not discern any damage to the shipping carton. But, a call to customer service in both cases was problem free, and only required us to send a picture of the damaged mirror. In both cases, within 3 days we received a replacement, and today, we finally have an undamaged, beautiful mirror which will be hung in our dining room tomorrow!
