Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice size and storage! We are thrilled with this ottoman! I didn't even check the dimensions before we purchased it, and it's much bigger than I expected. But, we love the size. And, my 10 year-old son can hide inside it...that's how much storage space there is! We plan to use it as a table sometimes too...to set a tray of appetizers or play a board game on it. It's a very versatile piece.

Just don't be in a hurry, after choosing the fabric it is shipped to carolina for production and it takes several weeks if not months to complete. Excellent price and quality if you are willing to wait.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect in every way Perfect size for me and my husband to put our feet up and for or two Shih Tzu's to stretch out. It rolls easily. The hinged lid opens easily and stays open while you put things away or take things out. The inside is very spacious. The craftsmanship of the upholstery is exquisite. This is quite simply a flawless piece of furniture that makes my heart sing whenever I see it. Worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Ottoman... The ottoman is beautiful. The quality is fantastic. It is a great size to use as a coffee table and having it on wheels is great. It did take a really really long time to arrive but it was worth the wait!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed in construction Purchased this in 2017 and unfortunately the hinge has now broken twice. Ballard has already replaced once and I’m now trying to determine if they replace again or have it repaired locally since they will not alter the construction of it. (There has been no issue with them honoring the warranty, however am concerned for others if it would break outside of warranty). We use this piece to rest our feet on as well as for storage. The side that we primarily use to rest our feet is the side where the bolt does not hold, so additional reinforcement is needed. This is very disappointing since it should be constructed to withhold weight from feet as well as sitting on it (which we don’t do). I don’t recommend purchasing this product unless Ballard alters the construction of the hinge support.
