Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Grace Jewelry Armoire I purchased this armoire to replace my older one that had a broken door. It is very large but fits nicely in my closet. It has plenty of hooks for my chains and necklaces, as well as spaces for everything else. There are two things I would change. I would like the fabric (felt?) to be added to the lower drawers as I had to lay jewelry on the bare wood. I will purchase some myself to add to the drawers. The other thing I would change are the compartments for earrings - they are too deep, which makes it hard to see what is in the compartment, as well as harder to pull out the earrings. The top lifts up, and there is a mirror and a compartment. However, this is something that I won't probably use, as I use the top to hold an additional necklace tree and a separate tray to hold items I use most often, and it would be a pain to remove all of that in order to use the mirror or use whatever I would put in that compartment. The armoire is beautifully made, is a beautiful color (blue gray) and overall I am happy with it.

However, I feel that for the very high price, the quality of construction and finishing should be much better. The bottoms of the drawers have rough edges! It just is not that high quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Grace Jewelry Armoire I’m happy with my purchase and will keep my jewelry armoire but have a few issues. I got the grey wash color. The back of it, and a small portion of the side is not finished and shows. White glove service was not offered and the huge box it was delivered in weighed 143 pounds and left at my front door. Unpacking was difficult. I had to ask a neighbor to assist me moving it to my desired location which was difficult at best. I still have the huge, heavy box and our Waste Services company would not take. So now I have to pay a handyman to take to the dumps for me.

Unfortunately the top, which lifts up, had an issue with the hinge and the 'part' that keeps the top in an upright position. Instead of calling and complaining and/or packing up and sending back, I had a furniture repair person fix it. Otherwise, I would recommend this to everyone....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good experience - buy elsewhere!!! I ordered this jewelry armoire on 11/25/22. As of today (2/1/23) it has been delivered THREE TIMES and all THREE were damaged. I have spent a lot of time on the phone dealing with customer service, some have been wonderful, others have been horrible, some even quite rude/ condescending . One lady even told me they could send “furniture doctors” to fix the piece. I bought this new, not used or damaged, I do not not want my new furniture “fixed”, not to mention this piece was over $1600 on SALE!!! Each time it’s delivered, you’re given a 4 hour window for arrival so it has been very inconvenient on my behalf even though it is their problem - they also wanted to schedule different times for pick up (very poor scheduling from Ballards side - of course all was blamed on delivery service (who’s guys have been great- shout out to JB Hunt!! ). For the THIRD delivery, I was told the piece would be inspected in Ballards warehouse prior to shipping - I’m fairly confident that did not happen and if it was “inspected” that person should be fired. Even the delivery people were noticing how damaged the piece was upon unboxing. This has been absolutely the worst experience!!! For the cost of this piece, I would look elsewhere because this furniture while costing a fortune is obviously complete JUNK!!! Very disappointing experience. Now I have to wait 30 days for a refund- ridiculous!!!
