What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Ballard junkie in FriscoI have been looking at these for years in the catalog and finally got to order them. I bought one of each. They are my favorite Christmas decoration in the whole house! Great quality, super cute, held up very full stockings, and we had so much fun putting a little something extra inside each person’s box. They have a lot of holiday personality. My only complaint is that I just put away our decorations and I won’t see them again until next Christmas.

Really cuteI like these, they look perfect on the mantle and with the personalized stockings. Haven't filled the stockings yet so don't know how well they will hold. You could always put a small weight or a rock in the box if needed.
