I asked if they had plastic inserts because I will be using these indoors on new LVL flooring, no response. So I gambled and ordered them, I was excited they had the inserts.... here's the but.... They had deep grooves and were roughly scuffed up, it looked like they were used. Since they showed no other signs, I kept them put felt pads on them to protect my floors. These are very attractive and sturdy chairs, I was thrilled that they camp assembled and ready to use.
