After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Love this Geneva Indoor/Outdoor RugI LOVE THIS RUG! Others had said that in their reviews and can only add to the praise. I used in my kitchen and the blue colors are perfect. It’s a subtle mix of various shades of blues that combine for just the right look ... not too dark, not too faded looking. You do need to buy a pad for under the rug or it would probably slide around. It’s not thick, BUT the pattern and color are classy and it works great in my kitchen - I was afraid with it being indoor/outdoor it wouldn’t have a cozy, classy indoor look, but am soooo happy with it. I also bought a smaller size for the area as you come in from the garage. I’d buy again without hesitation!

Beautiful RugOver the years, I have purchased several of Ballard’s indoor-outdoor rugs. I like to use the rugs in high traffic ares. I have always been pleased with the rugs. They hold up well and are easy to clean.
We received our new rug a week ago. I love the color. We put the rug in our kitchen. It looks beautiful. I expect the rug to be the same quality as the ones I bought previously.

My favorite rugsLove these rugs! The aqua blue color is even prettier in person. I bought the runner for a pop of color on my front porch, and it is perfect! My only wish is that they made a larger runner that was both wider and longer. This one is just long enough to sit beneath two large chairs set at a conversational distance. I had hoped for one to cover more of my porch, but otherwise I have no complaints. The design, color, quality, and appearance are all wonderful. I have tons of these both inside and outside my home, some are almost 8 years old now. They have stood up to a constant parade of large dogs, both my own and my clients’, and they still look brand new. I have washed some multiple times with no fading. Highly recommend these for homes with children, animals, or just messy adults!

Lovely rugI am very happy with this rug and would definity recommend it to others. I have a historic home with 2 porches and a balcony and I think area rugs are essential to making outdoor spaces feel welcoming. This rug adds color and coziness to the porch off my kitchen. It will also help protect the original wood floor from wear and tear under my wrought iron dining table and chairs.

Great for indoor use!I love this rug- I purchased the largest size area rug and liked it so much that I bought the runner as well. I have two young boys and a dog that really use our living room area to the fullest. I like how easy the rug is to vacuum and I can easily move it by myself if needed. The look of the rug is perfect for the texture and pattern that I was looking for. Before this I had a cheap jute rug that shed worse than my dog. I couldn't deal with it. This rug doesn't shed or cause any type of dust. I love it!
