After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Very nice curtain panelI purchased the ivory colored panels. Very nice, heavy fabric backed with white cotton. Were pretty wrinkled coming out of the package but were easy to straighten with my steamer. Exactly what I was looking for to block the afternoon sun in my family room.

Beautiful!These drapes are really beautiful. I was worried the stiffness of burlap would make them billowy and difficult to control. That wasn’t the case at all. They steamed out easily and hang beautifully! I had a hard time deciding on which color, and I still wonder if I’d prefer the natural burlap, but I think the ivory is really nice. I wanted to post a photo since I had a hard time finding pictures of the ivory option.

Burlap DrapesReplaced beautiful burlap drapes with a green Belgian print in the bottom, after years of wear and pet damage! These are simpler with no pattern but they are lined too. Honestly I think they work better unlined but they are interesting - I’ve had folks copy the drapes after seeing them. We have windows that overlook mature trees and they suit us. They could use a steam to soften them and wrinkles from packaging. I’m hoping it will happen in time.

Lucky Decision!I bought my house a year ago, and the former owner had one of Ballard’s Burlap panels in her living room. After moving it room to room, I decided to try it in the former dining room. Since there is another window about 5 feet away in my foyer, I decided to dress that window the same & pull them back on opposite sides, giving the space great continuity. Love the fringe!

Well MadeI purchased six 96" natural burlap panels to use as a room divider. The curtains are substantial, provide a neutral backdrop, and both the texture of the fabric and the fringe add subtle interest. I didn't detect any odor, as some of the other reviews noted.

Maybe they received the natural color and it was packaged wrong. They are nice quality and I don’t detect an unpleasant odor like other reviewers mentioned. I’m so glad I decided to order them and see for myself. They add warmth and charm to my living room. Very happy with this purchase!

Love, love , love!!My favorite curtain! I live in a 100 year old home with 15ft ceilings in every room ! The burlap fringe curtain gives my rooms the added warmth and texture to my windows . The fringe adds that bit of drama needed ! Easy to clean and care for !

Look lovelyI bought the lighter colored linen curtains. Each panel comes with a matching tie back although I'm using the braided ones Ballard Designs sells.
These are very sturdy beautiful curtains that give my house a friendly casualness. They do well keeping the blocking the sun when it casts a glare on my TV in the evening.
My house is modern boho and I love this natural, clean look. They are obviously well-made too.
