After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Beautiful prints!Saw these hanging in a model home and loved them so much I searched for them online until I found them here. They look gorgeous over our fireplace mantel! Glad to get them during a 25% off sale as they are pricey. Fortunate that I have a handy husband who used different brackets to hang them. Pretty crazy that a series of 3 prints meant to hang side by side would come with uneven wires so expect to use an alternate way to hang them.

Description could be more accurateThe pictures are lovely. I bought 2 of the 3 to lean on my fireplace mantel to give some height. However, the description of the frames is not accurate. They are wood (or "wood product") with a pewter colored paint, not pewter frames. I also am disappointed that the backs have no dust covers, but rather the pictures are taped in place. They are overpriced at $200 each in my opinion.

DamagedLove the prints and will look perfect once replaced. I ordered the set of 3. Once opened and ready to hang on freshly painted walls we found 2 of the 3 damaged. I had to return the entire set and reorder. Waiting on new order to arrive. Fingers crossed they will not be damaged and arrive before my holiday festivities.

Poor hardware experienceUnfortunately the hardware that was pre drilled on the back was not installed at level and equal measurements so hanging became very difficult. Expected greater attention to detail given the price.

Art is nice, but quality could be betterLike others, I found a few quality issues with the artwork, but nothing that was visible from the front. The art is meant to hang directly from two hooks screwed into the sides of the frame and not from a wire. The screw securing one of these hooks was stripped and could easily come out from the soft wood of frame. It was also a little off centered and showed from the side when hung. I had to re-drill the holes which is why I gave an average rating. Not the typical high quality that I've come to expect from Ballard Designs. The size really makes an impact though, and the art itself is soft and pleasant. The art paper was flat rather than wavy as another reviewer had mentioned.

Look good...but don’t look too closelyFor plastic, not glass and Nothing on the back to hang with...they were rather pricey
Also mine appears to have a “second” or stain at the bottom.
They look nice up, I’m just overall unimpressed

no wiresWhile the images are lovely, we were left to find a method to hang them. There are screwed in loops on the back. Wires are needed between them to hang on the wall. Or, we could try to get the loops to fit into nails on the wall. Not the expected finishing we had hoped for.

Nice neutral for a large spaceThese are nice neutral art for a large space. I bought the three largest size pieces and hung them on a large staircase wall. Previous reviews were correct, all the hanging hardware needed to be adjusted to hang level. But we knew that from reading reviews and it's not rocket science. These pieces work well in our space without being too busy.

Great set, got 3 large size. Just 1 big flaw in designSuper bummed to spend $$$ on a set of 3 where the hooks/hanging hardware is 3 completely different locations on each piece. I had to readjust each one so they would hang even/level. It wouldn't be an issue if hanging just one but if your hanging 2or3 and want them in a straight line buyer beware took me more time moving hardware then actually mounting to wall. Would of been nice to have a heads up or better yet no hardware attached so I could do CORRECT the first time.

1. One of the pictures had a slightly damaged corner however the effort of shipping back was not worth it will try to fix
2. 1/3 pictures had the hooks in a different location which made hanging more difficult and the measurements were totally different

Poor Construction - Do Better Ballard DesignsWhile these three framed prints are beautiful, they are overpriced and poorly constructed. I was extremely disappointed when the first set arrived - the frame and acrylic did not meet on one side and left a noticeable gap - leaving the print exposed. I called and set up the exchange. The next one came - same issue. I called and set up the second exchange and asked that the warehouse inspect the quality prior to sending out to me. The next one came and same issue - by this time several months had passed and I was extremely frustrated. I called again and set up the third exchange - this time the frame and acrylic was fine, but the hanger on the back side was placed improperly and peeked out of the side so we had to move it - frustrating but I did not want to return it again. The set looks amazing in my living room - and if I hadn't looked for so long for the perfect set, I would have sent them all back. While the customer service was pleasant and helpful each time - exchanging a piece three times is absolutely not acceptable, especially for the price we pay. Do better Ballard Designs.

Manufacturing defectI think these would have been great if they would have been put together right. I ordered all 3, one was broke the other was not put together properly. You could see the pins holding everything in place in front of photo. Returned 2 for replacements the 2 new ones had the same problem. Returned all because I think the same problem would have happened.

Not as described, and picture wire is unevenI just bought this set of pictures for my dining room, which has silver fixtures. The frames are not at all "pewter" as described, but a dark grey. Because of this, it didn't match, and I am hanging it in a different room. Once I went to hang it, creating three new holes in my wall, the picture wire was hung an inch and a half higher on one of the pictures than the other two. So, we have to make yet another hole in my wall at account for the difference. I guess we should have checked to make sure all three were even, but why wouldn't they be? It still looks nice when all is said and done, but it is very disappointing. I just ask that Ballard includes close ups of the frames of your pictures so people know what they are spending $600+ on. I have included an up close picture of the frame for any potential buyers.

Hardly.
The colors are way too washed out & subtle.
I can recommend the quality of the Birch Study Art. Colors are vibrant. I ordered 2 initially & was so pleased with the quality that I ordered 2 more.

Corners look dirtyI ordered the set of 3 and 2 of the 3 look smudged and dirty in the lower corner. I like the prints and the colors. I am just disappointed in the quality for such a pricey item, I would expect better.
