After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Fresh Birch Prints are truly Fresh!I am very pleased with the Fresh Birch Art prints. I wanted art on either side of my TV that was pleasing but did not overpower the other art in my room. Something neutral but not boring. The name Fresh Birch is a perfect description for the pieces.

Just what my blank wall needed.I ordered the series of three in the 61x25 size. They are hanging on my stairwell to the lower level and what was a blank white wall is now filled with drama. I added wire and measured so the arc of the wire was at the same point on all three prints; so, hanging them at the same height was not a problem.

Great purchase...love the picture and the colorsLooks great! Loved the gray-brown colors and once the wall behind it gets painted it will really pop. I had hoped to order two but a vent and a light switch were in the way and ordering 2 different sizes did not seem to work well, so I ordered just the middle picture. Packed very well as usual.

Simple & BeautifulThese prints are so simple and beautiful. We live in a wooded area with big windows in the living room and this art is almost like bringing the outside in.
One of the frames was chipped upon arrival, but customer service handled the issue quickly, and the exchange was done by mail in less than two weeks. Very happy with this product and looking forward to ordering from Ballard Designs again in the future!

Beautiful end result...We placed our (large) fresh birch art over our fireplace on a shelf in our mountain home. The panels needed to be hung as well as set on the shelf for safety's sake. One slight annoyance was the lack of consistency in manufacture between from frame to frame; no problem really, it looks great.

Simply ElegantI only bought one, so did not encounter the issue others have mentioned about the wires not being aligned among multiple prints. Also, would like to point out that the review that mentions smudges in the lower corner is referring to what is actually part of the artwork, so it is not a defect. The image itself makes a simple, elegant statement and the frame is well suited to the piece. Very pleasing to the eye, and very pleased with my purchase, plus delivery could not have been faster.

Beautiful art!The art is perfect for a modern rustic feel, and they look awesome in my client's space. Like everyone the handing wires weren't in the same location, but I measured the wires before even adding the hanging hardware to the wall. Bummer that she didn't go with the middle size, but budget was a big factor, and the small size works for the space.

Love these prints! Gorgeous soft Colors!I have been searching for artwork in soft gray tones for my Living Room and was hesitant to order them online as I have never done it before. The prints came wrapped very securely and were delivered quicker than I expected. I was thrilled when I finally opened them because the colors went perfectly with my decor. The prints are beautifully framed! Love Love them!!! Will definitely try more artwork from Ballards in the future.

Beautiful and muted, but still has color!Beautiful artwork! Muted colors, choice of frames make it easy to adapt to your individual needs. Packaged extremely well and shipped quickly. Only downside would be the picture is just taped into the frame. Expected a more professionally framed picture for the price point.

Fresh Birch Art - Set of 3Love the set but wish there was a little more differentiation. They arrived safely and well packed, however, the white cardboard was stapled in the back of each frame and I see no reason to staple into the wooden frame.
