After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

Great Rod. Make sure you get the right size rings!I love it! Easy to install. Looks great. I accidentally ordered rings that were too big, thinking I needed to size up for the rings to fit so ordered the 1.25” which were WAY too big. I believe the 0.75” rings should probably fit better but haven’t tried them yet.

Perfect solution for tricky windowsI purchased 4 of these rods for a set of bedroom windows with angles. I did not have the space to use rods with elbows. This rod is perfect; the narrow linear base allowed me to put them very close together. When the curtains are pulled back, it looks like a custom continuous angled rod. The pole of the rod is more narrow than I would typically choose, but it worked like a charm in my tricky spot. Top quality like you would expect from Ballard at a reasonable price.

Perfect for tight spacesI love this design. I needed rods that could fit inside a dormer window space where there is no room for finials, and these are perfect! Beautiful color, too. I did not install them myself--I recommend using a laser-level device to make them straight, as that makes the installation more precise and efficient.

It makes all the difference in the world. Its special feature is in the wrap around so there is more privacy. Now I am buying another rod for the living room.

French return rods.Beautifully designed and manufactured. Perfect diameter for Ballards light weight linen tie top drape which are delicate in appearance. The rods work with my 9 over 9 glass pane windows and custom white antique iron sleigh bed. I have an antique dressing table and chest in the room that are French in design that are from the 20's and small n scale. White antique bentwood bistro style chair and white side table. I Love the gorgeous brass rods. I have custom French return iron rods in my living room that were made to match a French style chandelier that was purchased several years ago from Ballards that has a darkened bronze finish. These rods were quite expensive and for a secondary bedroom I didn't want to spend as much, thus my purchase from Ballards. Ballards French return rods are lovely.

Simple and chicI first bought this curtain rod for over a drafty back door at my previous house, and it worked beautifully. I've since bought 4 more for my new house. I love the touch of industrial chic they add, and since the rods go all the way to the wall (they "return"), there's more coverage provided by the curtains.
