Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

It is comfortable to sit on, rolls easily, and blends in very nicely in the room as an extra seat or foot rest. This has worked out beautifully as a way to have some office storage in the living room.

My first was in the Document fabric and it's just gorgeous; the second doesn't look quite so fabulous as I chose a very plain fabric (necessary to work with the rest of the room). Possibly a little tall for an ottoman (doesn't stop me putting my feet up) and works as a small coffee table too. Seems well made, solid, hinges behave well. Of course, allow *several* weeks for arrival.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish, practical and well made This storage ottoman is not only built to last for years, but it is a stylish and properly-sized addition to any room's decor. It's tall enough to double as seating, has incredible hanging file space, plus extra storage for binders or other files. The heavy-duty rollers are a nice touch, too. I could not be happier with my ottoman and am thinking about getting another one. Highly recommended for anyone with a home office.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice item I loved the fabric texture, color and design. I love the idea of an apolstered file cabinet as it is so homey for an office. The lid hinges were not applied evenly so the lid is a little off-kilter. It should really be fixed but I don't have the time or patience for a return. I like the item regardless.

The only thing missing is a piece to keep the lid open while I'm filing. The arm is so bendy that is has a habit of falling closed on my arm while I'm filing papers. Nothing a zip-tie can't fix I'm sure.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice but the lid hinge broke Like one of the other reviewers, I had a problem with the hinge on the lid. It didn't keep falling on me but where it screwed into the frame it kept coming undone and after a while, the place to screw in the plate had no good place left for the screws. So now, I'm going to remove my files and just use it as an ottoman where the lid stays on. Other than that, like Ballard, the fabric was excellent and it was fitted to the ottoman beautifully. The ottoman was kind of big but I should have expected the size given it was to hold files.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very very poor quality and damaged I usually do not waste my time writing reviews, I just return the product. But this item is so not what I expected that I had to. Not sure where the other reviews came from but the ottoman I received (after waiting for it 6 weeks) had nails sticking out from everywhere and the fabric was ripped up in 4 places. The seat was unevenly set atop the filing area and the seat hinges were barely screwed in. Very poor quality and craftsmanship.
