You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality, requires assembly I spent close to $7000 on this TV console but it came unassembled. If I wanted to spend my time assembling furniture I would have shopped at IKEA and saved money. But the worst part is that first delivery all the doors were scratched up. We had to wait weeks for second delivery. This time I spent so much time trying to attach the doors. Eventually all of the doors ended up crooked and slanted. I can buy very nice furniture at places such as pottery barn for $7K and they always arrive fully assembled! I will be returning this piece of junk!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality / Fenwick Media Console & Hutch First & foremost, store employees were excellent, no complaints there. Initial delivery noticed very poor craftsmanship. A long removable middle shelf was warped and the bottom shelf of the hutch which is attached was also warped, not allowing side doors to close properly or at all. Visit from the stores repair tech recommended the hutch which is the top half be replaced. Developed that the shelves are not wood & of a compressed fiberboard with 2 hollow steel rods running diagonally across the shelf for support. Replacement hutch arrived, more issues developed. Have a standard modern Sony 55" slender LED TV. Placed it on the long removable shelf within the hutch and it began to sag and the shelf warped in the middle. Stores repair tech advised initially that if the shelf on the replacement unit sags with the weight of the TV to place 2 pegs under the shelf to support the weight & so it does not warp with the TV on it, I did so. Noticed cracking along painted joints on the doors that are unnecessary with proper quality control. Purchase was very expensive and should not be of such poor quality. I have bought several items in their store in the past but unfortunately that was my last purchase with them.
