After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

The most realistic faux boxwood I have ever seenEnthusiastic five stars plus for this beautiful and totally natural-looking faux boxwood. I have real boxwood all over my yard, including 2 boxwood balls about this size (I bought the extra large ones). The containers flanking my front door don't get enough sun or water to keep real boxwood alive. The Ballard Designs faux boxwood is identical in color and texture to the natural specimens they mingle with, and I could not be more thrilled.
