If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Oversized Handling Fee - $20-$40 per item

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Fees

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Things got pushed to the back and I never knew, because I couldn't see them, what I had so I double bought things I didn't need. It's so organized now. I can see everything at a glance. We had to put the pantry in a darker corner of the kitchen so my son installed led lighting so we can really see what we have. This is a solid large piece of furniture. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship. I just gave to adjust one of the doors it sits a fraction higher than the other but otherwise it's everything I expected. I love my pantry,!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE LOVE LOVE the Fairmont Kitchen Pantry I LOVE this pantry!! I am using it as added upright storage for my small home office (which is Ballard's Tuscan Group). When the doors are closed it looks as though it might be a wardrobe/closet, so it doesn't look out of place situated in our Foyer (next to my office). The unit is heavy and sturdy ~ excellent quality and looks very nice. The adjustable shelves work great for my signs and binders, and the deep drawers and storage on the door work well for all the office extras. The unit is very spacious on inside. The color is a nice white, not stark white - it has a bit of warmth to it. Comparatively my office furniture looks very cream but it still looks nice enough together. The top of the pantry unit is not expertly finished like the sides and front...looks as though it got a quick spray on top and we only noticed it because the cabinet is in the Foyer and we can see the top when going up the stairs. If you put the cabinet in a normal room then you'd never notice. I would highly recommend the Fairmont Kitchen Pantry for any kind of storage need!!
