Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very pretty, but mirror is not as clear as it looks in the picture These are very pretty and elegant, but buyers should know that the mirror isn't as clear as the photo would lead you to believe. They have a lot of antiquing on the mirrors that makes it actually hard to see one's reflection clearly in the mirror. They will still look pretty and sparkly with a candle, but the picture here doesn't quite reflect what the mirror actually looks like...

Also, the frame is a lighter gold than I anticipated. That said, it is a beautiful piece. I will use it in the house, just not where I originally intended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Found It! I was looking for candle sconces to flank a large brass mirror (too good to paint or discard) in my DR, where I have a bronze (brown tone) light fixture. The finish on these sconces is the perfect blend. They look smart and they complement the space perfectly. And not cheap looking! One issue: the hanging device on the back is too tight -- it was difficult to get the hook through it.

One of the top mirrors in one of the sconces I received was more distressed than the others but after hanging them, I couldn't find fault. The metal patina was almost a perfect match to my DR mirror! This mark was clearly visible and the item should not have been sent out as it was obviously imperfect. I sent the sconce back and re-ordered the sconce. The second one that was delivered was also not perfect. The flat area that holds the candle was improperly attached and the candle tilts dramatically toward the wall.

Definitely a hazard with flame too close too the wall. I should have sent it back but waited too long. The other sconce is fine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Crooked solder creating uneven appearance I like the look of the sconces. However, after hanging them, the flat section for the candle is crooked on both. Attempts to straighten were not successful and would break the solder joint. I don't want a hole in the wall, so I guess I'll leave them up and purchase flame less candles as wax will run and or not burn evenly.
