After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Beautiful Soft Blue RugBeautiful rug that we put inside because we have a dog that pees occasionally and I’ve been able to spray, absorb, and let it dry twice already with this new rug! We bought the GLACIER color and it is definitely blue. Like BD’s cornflower color. Goes nicely with our blue and white decor.

A great and versatile rug.Love this rug. I bought the 2' x 4' size. I'm not giving precise dimensions, but that is a really useful rug size. I bought it for my hallway that leads to the garage. Its a high traffic area and this type of rug was described as being ideal. And it is. I've got a mischievous little yorkie who tries to sneak and pee on the rug. She's made it a couple of times, but the rug cleaned up beautifully. Readers should know the yorkie is now blocked from getting to the rug. Poor doggie!

Great rug for all areas of the home!It’s subtly textured and doesn’t have the look and feel of a traditional performance rug. We love it! Currently using under dining room table until another arrives but honestly would be fine with it here since it’s stain resistant and easy to scoot chairs over the texture.

It’s not slippery as some softer rugs were but has worn well and repels dirt and water. This is my 2nd staircase with this runner. Cost effective and adorable print!

It’s more of a light sand.After seeing other review photos I was expecting a medium sand color. It’s a very light sand. That said, it nice for a performance rug. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a little expensive with shipping cost compared to others performance rugs I’ve purchased.

Disappointed in ColorThe rug itself is fine and just about what I expected however the color is wrong. I ordered "sand" and the tag on the back says "sand" BUT it is grey which does not match my bench. I thought it would cost way too much to send it back so I kept it but can't use it. Disappointed.
