Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Went with black after design consultation generously shared by Bill in the Natick Mall store, which has been very appreciated as I wasn't quite sure such a truly large piece would work in colors presented. Its both eye catching and blendable in its space, indeeed! I have needed discretion hiding away files, supplies, printer and all devices and it's satisfied these needs! Take your measurements for things like the printer and other space and be sure you have a chair that fits the room to pull up when working.

There was a small nick on the edge in the front. I took wood filler and touched it up. It’s unnoticeable. Very roomy inside. Very pleased with this purchase.

Disappointed though that the Louis XVI square back side chair that was ordered at the same time and was expected to be delivered next week will not come now for two months due to disruptions in the global supply chain.

The color (which I was concerned about and did get a swatch to confirm) blends perfectly with my walls which are BM Linen White. It also fits right in between two windows in my den, really a lovely piece for the space. The dropdown desk is on strong pistons and feels secure when you lean on it. The printer shelf holds a fairly large office size printer although because the printer is heavy I will not be sliding it out all the way unless really necessary. The lip on the sliding shelf means I need to lift the pinter an inch or so to load paper. Drawers open and close smoothly, however I have not yet loaded them with files. Note that the lower drawer is for files and comes with metal hanging strips, the top drawer does not have the notches (unless mine is defective) and seems to be for storage. The side cabinets came with two adjustable shelves each and they are surprisingly wide. Since I use a laptop, these will make for great additional storage rather than for a tower. They are wide enough to hold extra printer paper as a point of reference. My only complaint is the chemical smell that seems to come with all furniture these days. I hope this will dissipate with time. This is a very heavy piece of furniture, so the extra shipping surcharge was well worth it. I also has the movers place furniture discs I had purchased below each leg so I could move it easily in the future (I recommend the same for you). I also purchased an extra corded power strip which I plugged in ahead of time so I could use both outlets behind the desk (be sure you plug in the built in power strip before that desk is fully in place since it weighs a ton). The desk was in stock and arrived well packed, without a scratch and on time. Hopefully, the desk wears well as it really is impressive so far.
