What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Very pleasedThese rings are perfect with the acrylic rod. I saw other reviewers talking about having to put the clips on the rings. Because my curtains came with pins I didn’t have to attach the clips but not a big deal if you have to. Matches the gold on the rod perfectly.

A nice touch of gold for otherwise simple curtainsThese add a subtle pop of gold to French Country room. The quality and finish is very good. I do recommend using a pliers as instructed to secure the hooks to the rings, though if you do not, it’s still easy to pop the hook right back on.

Strong but pretty gold ringsThese are heavy-duty rings, not cheap and flimsy. They hold up my heavy double drapes and slide easily along the curtain rod without catching. They're very pretty against the rod and drapes without looking tacky or chunky. My new drapes are embroidered silk, and these slim gold rings are perfectly elegant for the drapes yet still strong enough to hold them up.

Check you are ordering the right sizeThese are great, just make sure you are ordering the right size for your rod. The link from the rod will take you to page but the default is the smaller size, I didn’t notice and then had to spend another shipping and return fee to get the larger ones.

Perfect Drapery RingsI used the rings with drapery pins and removed the clips for the cafe curtains in 2 closets and back door window. They worked perfectly with the French Return Drapery Rod by Ballard. They are sturdy and slide easily.
