What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Beautiful choice for low traffic spacesThis rug is beautiful in person. Lays flat, has a non-slip backing and doesn’t need a pad. Comfortable, but not soft enough for a bedroom in my opinion. Keep in mind that any sisal will show water spots and that spills/stains cannot be cleaned well.

Excellent Purchase!We really like this rug! I have used it in several rooms since it arrived with much success. It’s neutral color goes with quite a lot so I can use it in multiple areas. Perfect sisal rugThis rug is perfect! The texture adds just the right amount of interest and together with the pattern prevents it from looking dull. I put a runner in my back entry/laundry room to replace a rather blah rug and it immediately sparked it up. I was concerned it would hinder the ability to open the drawers under my washer and dryer because of the thickness but it doesn’t. I love the nonskid backing which keeps it in place. I was also curious if it would be scratchy to walk on barefoot but it isn’t. It’s a perfect rug!

Durable SisalThis is a nice neutral sisal rug. The design is larger than it appears online but very handsome. One note of caution: my cat thinks it’s a giant cat scratcher and uses it as one every morning. Even so, it’s holding up nicely and is very durable.
