After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions

Love it!!I absolutely love this mat. It adds just a little touch of whimsy to my breakfast area where I keep Rocky's food bowls. If he doesn't get too sloppy with his drinking, the mat is big enough to keep the water from splashing onto the wooden floor when he drinks!! Any water splashed onto the mat does not leak through to the floor beneath.

WOOF! Dog matThis oversized rubber mat is perfect for the largest dog water bowl that we own for a sloppy Doberman. It catches most of the drips, and prevents the bowl from being upended or shooting across the floor. The rubber keeps the mat in place, and is not so thick that someone human could stumble on it. The personalization is hidden by the large dog bowl, but oh well... Nice, classy addition to my kitchen decor!

Like the size of this matI am so glad I purchased this mat. I had looked at it
for quite a while before deciding to order. It is a nice
size...my dog does not drag her bowl around. It stays
put. I use wet and dry food mixed which sometimes gets dropped on the mat. No problem! It wipes right up.

Cute and handyThis is a great item to put underneath the water and food bowls for your dogs. Its large (I can put the water and two dog bowls on it), soft (nice on the doggie paws), and is easy to clean. Also stops the bowls from moving around the floor.
While it is nice looking, I expected the appearance to be a bit more polished, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Good for multiple-dog household; attractive designThis is an attractive mat that with its bone-shaped design and large "woof" states loud and clear its function. Its large size is perfect for my multiple-dog household where I have two large water bowls down at all times. While it's described as machine-washable, I haven't tried putting it in the washer, and don't think I'd recommend doing that to clean it, since this seems to be 100% rubber and today's washers just aren't that effective with non-fabric items. Though of decent thickness, it's not as durable as claimed. I've tried cleaning it by hand with a variety of cleaners and found it difficult to get paw dirt and inevitable stains off the "woof." This also had that funky new rubber smell that took several days to dissipate. All-in-all, a pricey, but OK buy.
