Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous sideboard This sideboard is a well-made, stylish piece. It is a great addition to a small apartment that is big on charm but short of storage. The gray color is versatile and for me a nice fit with the blues in my living room. It is a substantial piece of furniture so two people are required to assemble it but that is an easy and quick process. A great buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dehavilland Sideboard This is a handsome unit with a fair amount of storage. Replaced older china cabinet for a current look, and this held a good amount. The design gets a 5 star rating, however, the quality isn't worth the 5 stars in my opinion. Solid piece, but better looking than sturdy. The back board of the unit needs to be dismantled to get the 1 long shelf in, as it won't fit through the doors on the front. I highly recommend purchasing the glass top for it - adds to the perceived value of the item, but most importantly, protects the solid surface from getting scratched.

I wanted to share a few callouts to consider: I didnt read it in the description but I assume it should have been inferred from my second point, there is no interior separation. Which isn't bad but again, slightly different than other pieces we have The description says it, and I did read it but it is a little surprising it is only one shelf across the entire inside, again not bad, just different The drawers aren't on rollers. They still pull out ok but I have other pieces that are not nearly as expensive and are on rollers If you are a frontgate fan, this piece is very similar to the Etienne line which we have for our bedroom and love The finish on the exterior of the unit is good, not great. Id rate it a B to B+. Again not bad but for the price point I'm expecting close to perfect. We love it and I'd recommend it.

We sort of put it back in place but I don’t think it is very secure and will fall out if we move it again. Cheaply made.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gorgeous - but poor quality I bought this 2 months ago in grey and it is beautiful and unique. I designed several items in my home office around this piece. However 2 months later the finish on the face of the cabinets is cracking. I’m so disappointed. Customer service has offered to let me return or exchange the piece. I am so sad to return it because it’s so pretty, but not sure if the quality of a replacement will hold up.
