We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $10/item oversized handling fee.

Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow three additional days if your order includes personalized items.

How do you calculate standard shipping charges?

Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Expedited Delivery Charges (for orders under 10 lbs.)

  • Next Business Day delivery - $19.95 additional
  • Two Business Day delivery - $9.95 additional

For expedited delivery items over 10 lbs., additional charges will be reflected at checkout.

Truck Delivery

Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.

All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. Threshold Truck Delivery

Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.

Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.

In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended

On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.

Truck Delivery Scheduling

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day for your delivery.

When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs, and service elevator restrictions. Ensure your items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners.

What to expect for Delivery

The day before your delivery, you will receive a call with your four-hour delivery window. Our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare by clearing pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery partner is unable to move any existing furniture.

Accepting your Delivery

If you observe an imperfection, note it when signing the delivery paperwork and either refuse the item or contact us for resolution by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-2775 or the store where you made your purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Owned for Three Years I have owned this sofa for three years, I am single and it gets daily wear but not hard. The back cushions which are uncomfortable when purchased, pushing you out of the couch, do break in. but then become flat so that now I use a bolster pillow for support. I am considering having new back cushions made which is crazy as to how much I paid for the sofa. I purchased the full size sofa and with the 2 cushion seat is terribly uncomfortable for the person in the middle. Overall I would not buy this sofa again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not comfy at all. This sofa looks great, but it is not that comfortable; I wish I took advantage of the return policy. I found the slipcovers to fit fine, perhaps a tad long but if the sofa had a leg in the middle, they might fit better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from SOOO hard to replace the slipcover I bought this sofa and matching chair because I wanted a nice looking custom slipcovered sofa. Unfortunately, I dread washing it because it is such a difficult process putting the cover back on. Basically, my husband and I have to use all of our strength to pull it over the arms. As a result, the seams are tearing out. I don't understand why there can't be some stretch in the fabric. I've owned it now for 4 years and washed our dark blue twill covers three times and they look very worn, despite washing and drying on the gentle setting. As others have said, the back cushions do tend to push you forward as well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from so wanted to love this but HORRIBLY uncomfortable we have had this sectional for 2.5 years and it is in a room where it is rarely used. maybe 20 minutes a day someone sits on it. it has worn so poorly. it was never comfortable to begin with but now, there are several large dents where whatever structure is inside has caved in. its like sitting at a 45 degree angle. and forget what it says about not lumping. the down fill is not at all plush and comfy. it is hard and lumpy. some advice on the sectional -- i will never buy one again. cant switch pillows because of different cushion shapes and the pieces constantly separate. i should have known better than to buy something we had never sat on. lesson learned! this has been a total dud.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from slipcover problems This sofa is has held up well in my den with a big dog, two kids, and lots of company. It's fairly comfortable too but I am not at all happy with the slipcover. I had to return the first one because it shrunk after washing even though I followed the directions. The company did take the slipcover back with no problem and sent me a new one. A sales associate informed that even though the care instructions state otherwise, I should put the slipcover back on the couch when it's damp. If I knew I'd have to do that, I would not have ordered this couch. Although the replacement slipcover is easier to get on and off, I still need help getting it back on after washing. Additionally, the color is very different than it appeared online so if you are thinking of ordering this product, order a swatch first, bu honestly, I just can't get past having to put a damp slipcover onto my couch!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst sofa ever owned Bought this sofa almost about a year ago and it has been the worst sofa ever owned! As other customers have stated that it pushes you forward. There is no way to get comfortable unless you are in the middle of the sofa so that your back can get in between the two cushions. Even my kids are pushed forward and they are 5 and 7. It's long enough but the back pillows are too thick and push anyone forward. Every guest says how terrible it is as well. Good thing it's in the basement so I don't have to sit on it every day. Even with a year's time it has not broken in to be comfortable. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sofa Does Not Want to be Sat On We've had this sofa 18 months. It is horribly uncomfortable. It pretty much forcibly ejects you. You have to fight the back cushion to lean back. I kept telling myself that maybe it just needed to be broken in but age has not helped. I haven't had any issues with the slip covers.
