Rated 3 out of 5 by MakennaM from Crooked hardware The wood is a bit soft and dings easily, and our hardware doesn’t line up straight, which is more obvious in person than in photos. The bottom cabinet doors also don’t close flush, one pops open a bit. Ballard’s response was that the hardware isn’t perfect in their online photos so I should have expected this. I would probably not purchase again and did lose a little confidence in Ballard. The price point is tempting but the little details do bug me. Even Pottery Barn has sent furniture medics to adjust hinges and hardware.

Rated 1 out of 5 by madeooch from Daphne cabinet came damaged! it's beautiful and broken. The company should address this asap. I read 2 other reviews before ordering and they were both broken. I took a chance and it just showed up today broken and cracked what an inconvenience esp at the holidays!
