We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Fabric Bought Lumbar Pillow in Queens Velvet Yellow and the fabric is very pretty and "rich" looking and offsets the print fabric on the chair very well. Only concern is I wish they offered a fuller and firmer pillow insert to maintain the shape of the pillow better. The down insert available feels good but does not fill out the pillow, leaving a lot of wrinkling in the appearance of the pillow; may not be as noticeable with a print fabric.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Box edge insert + Knife edge cover = GRRR I purchased two pillows for $65 a pop, waited a month for the custom-made covers, only to find that the insert would not fit - not even after wadding and being sat on! Apparently, the only insert available for the 12x20 size covers is a very stuffed BOX EDGE pillow. Covers are knife edge. Note: I did manage to stuff an insert semi-into a cover, but there was no way that thing was going to zip without either (a) busting the zipper or (b) feeling like a brick. ("Feels like a brick" isn't a great best-case scenario for a pillow.) I'm giving three stars instead of one for the quality of the individual parts… but now I have to find/buy two regular/knife-edge 12x20 inserts (Ballard doesn't carry them?!), and have two box-edge covers made.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Custom pillow covers I used a custom fabric for this pillow. It took well over two months to complete and I received 4, 20X 20 pillow covers instead. Customer service was very helpful in correcting the problem. However it took another 6 weeks to re-send. The cover is well made, but the pillow insert I purchased BD is too full for the cover. I do not understand why the insert did not go with the fabric so the upholster could ensure that it fit well as this was expensive. Disappointed.
