We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I guess I didn't realize that Ballard made custom panels with any of their fabrics, that opened up a lot of possibilities! I have always liked the brown document fabric and it worked perfectly with my decor. The estimated ship date was dead on! The panels are well made and came ready to hang, pressed and wrinkle free. I happened upon a great sale on a holiday weekend. I have waited a year to put something up at the window and now I'm glad I waited and got what I wanted. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend!

It is actually more greenish blue which perfectly matched the furniture in a different room. I needed 120" long panels, so I waited til I had a 15% off offer and ordered four panels. They are beautiful. Perfectly true to length and very well made. I made simple tie-backs from some decorative trim. These panels are a cost effective way to get a custom look for your room.

Once I selected fabric from swatch samples, the online ordering was easy. I would suggest corner or hem weights, but I can easily add those myself. You saved me weeks of work and some money as well. I would use this service again in a minute. I have coordinating chair cushions and a fresh clean look in my breakfast room.

The quality is very good, plus they were stitched in the USA. The fabric is very current looking and does not look or feel like outdoor fabric. The design is kind of retro mod feeling...it's very cool. The drapes are lined and block just the right amount of light without being a block-out lining.

I also bought the Firenze Embroidered Panels and they are incredibly beautiful as well!

I also wish the curtain pins have been included in, so I did not have to go back to the store to get them. Although with that being said, I went back to the store and they were very helpful and even put the curtain pins in the panel.

Confirm the direction of the lines as The finished product was horizontal when I thought the fabric was vertical. The particular fabric I used arrived with a section of thread snagged behind the panel and it looks like a dark blemish. Also, one of the blue thread lines is lacking on thickness and is a defect. From a distance it appears as if a row is missing from the pattern. However the overall appearance of the four panels I ordered is beautiful and really finishes my room. They are professionally made and I will order two more.

I would have preferred to have had the Chevron pattern of the fabric running vertically instead of horizontally, which is why I did not give it 5 stars.

My only complaint is that the side hems are not stitched down so the liner bubbles out and doesn’t lay nicely. For the considerable expense of all of these panels it’s a bit unsightly and I’m always trying to get them to hang neatly.

The fabric for each set of panels was very nice in the store, however when they arrived and were hung, they looked very cheap. The lining looked very awkward on both sets of panels and one set was 2 inches shorter than I what I ordered. I ultimately had draperies made somewhere else for this room and decided not to order custom panels from R&B anymore.

The color was much better, but they just do not lay well. I should not have ordered a pair of curtains that could not be returned. My mistake.
