Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from classic, yet modern & fun Purchased in the Suzanne Kasler linen sky/ blanc stripe. They're great! Minor issue: fringe on one of the panels kind of turns into the window (making it not as visible as the others where the fringe is visible) so fringe look isn't totally commensurate on each, but I have 2 pairs on 2 huge windows and overall they look great. In this stripe, the blue changes with the light, darker at night, is less of an aqua, more of a chambray blue. Was concerned the stripes on two windows might look almost carnival-ish, but it works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful quality drapes; love the fringe. I'd been looking for a while to replace some old drapes in my bedroom. I wanted something a little more interesting than just plain panels. The bullion fringe hit the mark, adding a casual edge to a quality fabric. The fringe is sewn on well and does not look likely to unravel any time soon. I measure it as 4.25" from the front edge of the fabric, not 5.5", which I think would be too long. Overall these drapes are well-made and nicely lined, with substantial hems. We chose a sturdy cotton blend material and with the added lining I needed to get hold backs to keep them as open as I like. Worth the price.

The fringe gives them a slightly old fashioned yet contemporary charm and they are fully lined. The Bullion Fringe Panels are an excellent value.

Wow! They look amazing with tie backs and are made of good quality weight fabric. These panels are even lined which adds to the quality and look that I was expecting from Ballard Design. Very Happy!!

I am very particular, as many of us are when decorating our home. I ordered just one panel to start with, as these are 'made to order' I knew they were not returnable. I wanted to make sure they were of good quality, colors were good, etc. I ordered my second panel immediately upon receiving the first one. Good job.
