After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Rich pattern and colorsWhen I got the rug, I thought it was a little thin but I'm glad it is like that because it goes wonderfully over my bathroom tile. Other rugs I've had are a bit of a tripping hazard because they are thicker but this one is perfect. The color is rich and the pattern is beautiful. I highly recommend getting a swatch.

I ordered the teal, and it is my entry rug and gorgeousThe teal color that we ordered really had no hints of green in it whatsoever, it was really more blue -- a richer turquoise. My decorator spotted that and told me to order it despite my reservation on the greenish that I thought would be in this one -- no green -- it was perfect and it anchors our front hall and our house. The quality of this rug is also terrific. I had real rug pad put on this (the kind the professionals use) and it was also perfect. Thought the value of this product for the money was terrific. Thanks.

A must have!I bought this rug in 2 colors, nickel and the mocha. They were nice and light, easy to carry and install by myself. Both rugs are beautiful and soft. I get SO many compliments from my stylish NYC friends, which says a lot as they are tough critics... Incredible value for the price. FYI, I did not need a rug pad for the large size, since the furniture keeps it in place. However, i bought rug pads for a smaller rug, and for a runner that shifted like crazy on my slippery wood-laminated floors. The rug pads are great too, so cushiony! Also a great price. THANK YOU BALLARD! No idea why my name is coming up as "jannygirl"' and the site won't let me change it. Weird

Beautiful RugI have nothing bad to say about this rug. We've had the largest version for over three months and it doesn't flake or wear... we love it. It's a wonderful rug and really compliments our furniture and dark wood floors.

nice classic rugBought the nickel rug (medium gray background w/ ivoryish-pewter design). It is a thinner rug, but looks line, is soft underfoot and has been holding up in my office w/ an office chair running over it for 1 month without any problems

Mocha is great neutral addition to your decorJust received my Mocha Crawley rug and I LOVE IT ! The MOCHA is really a nice neutral. The damask pattern is very complimentary to my decor style. The rug is not thick but I would recommend a rug pad to make it more comfortable. Price point is excellent !

Beautiful rugI ordered this rug in Nickel for my living room, and it is beautiful. The damask print has the effect of looking a shade or two darker depending on how the light hits the rug. However, I view this as a bonus, and am hoping it will help mask any dirt the rug is bound to accumulate over time.

excellent rugI am very happy with this rug, though you definitely need to get the pad as it slips and moves on hardwood floors. It was rolled up when it arrived, and it is taking some time for the edges to "uncurl." I had to place heavy objects on the ends for a few days to help that, so don't order this thinking you can just throw it down right away. It is still not fully "uncurled." But overall, it looks and feels great, and it works perfectly where I placed it.

Lovely but very lightweightI had a red dining room that I wanted to neutralize to better blend with the adjacent rooms and when I saw this rug I knew I wanted to revise the room around it. Having ordered the sample, I knew it was lightweight, synthetic, and far inferior to the rug I was replacing, but I loved it anyway. The design is simple and elegant and the colors (gray and ivory) just what I wanted. I only wish it was heavier and made of wool. I would have gladly paid quintuple for higher quality. In this instance, the style outweighed quality in my decision. Once the rest of my furniture arrives (much of it Ballard) I think the room will come together nicely with the rug an important focal point.

Great ValueI ordered the rug swatch/sample and it appeared to be very inexpensive and down right poorly made. Loving the on-line pattern and size, I decided to take a chance. Very glad I did! It's rich looking on the floor - adding a touch of old-world elegance with a hint of modern flair! Color: Nickel is more grey than nickel... should really have a colorist name the product's color, especially w/a rug - expensive to ship if a return is necessary. The color is a bit "off" but I'm keeping it - waiting to see if it will work with the back ordered setee from Ballard.

Nice Rug but thought it would be lighterI don't know....still can't decide if I want to keep it. Thought it was beautiful in the pic but looks a little dirty. The colors are not as vibrant (especially the white) as I thought they'd be. Ordered the nickle.

Extremely DisappointedI bought 2 runners in the nickel color along with the Ballard rug pads and I am very disappointed. They continue to slide on my tile floor and the nickel color on line appears to be more brown which is what I wanted and they are actually a light grey. Will be returning.
