After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Great ProductI have now purchased 3 of these lamp shades in different sizes and fabrics. They are made well, have no wrinkles in fabric and have decorative piping. Their shape allows you to push a lamp closer to the wall if it is on a table. It is amazing the extra inches it adds as opposed to a round shade. I LOVE this product.

Change your look with minimal effort or expense.Shade arrived in good condition and quickly. The weave on this shade is dense so very little light comes through around the sides. For my application the light emitted from the top and bottom are fine. This shade changed the entire look of an expensive designer lamp that didn't work in a space after purchasing in a no return clearance sale. The shade completely changed the situation and saved my bacon.

Couture "Seagrass" is beautiful!I bought the 17" "Seagrass" lamp shade. It is so beautiful and adds a lot of texture to my lamp and corner. The way the light sparkles through the shade is just spectacular. I love it, and plan to buy 2 more to replace my boring shades in my living room!

Beautiful shades! Updated my lamps immediately!At first I purchased the larger size, but sent back for smaller and they fit the lamps and table better. If you have a narrow bedside table, these rectangular shades are great. The linen white shade gives off soft light and looks relaxed with my decor.

The PERFECT lamp shade!I have been hunting for a replacement lamp shade for a crystal lamp I purchased at an antique store. The lamp base consisted of rectangular crystal cuts and a round shade just wouldn't do. The angles on this rectangular shade complimented the base perfectly. After looking at this lamp w/o a shade for at least 6 months, I am thankful to Ballard Designs for helping me find the perfect match.
