What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

These shades complete the look of my bedroom.These shades are just perfect in my bedroom. I based the design of the room on a picture I saw in a Ballard Design catalog using my furniture but updating the headboard, spread, curtains, etc. and the shades were the last items needed. Like Frosting on CupcakesColored lamp shades, especially when all the lamps in a space have the same color shades, really cap off your design. Bright white shades can sometimes produce a harsh light; infuse your space with coordinated color by choosing one of the beautiful colored shade options that Ballard Designs offers. I chose fern green; there are coordinating pillows, cushions and fabric by the yard (Cole Green) for window treatments. Ballard's custom drape panels make it easy to harmonize your design. With fabric glue, I added the same trim as is on my valances to the bottom of one shade.

Dramatic Pop of Color!I purchased two of these shades in the "spice" color a month ago and the look is warm and stunning! I had been searching for shades in this color for the last 2-3 years so what a find. On another positive note these shades were placed on two Chapelle Urn lamps from Ballard. Nicely made lampshadeI needed a lampshade to update a large cylinder shaped lamp for my kitchen. I have been pleased in the past with the quality of Ballard’s lampshades so I selected an Empire shade in burlap. I read Ballard’s section on selecting a lampshade to determine the shape and size of the lampshade. I am so pleased with the burlap lampshade - it is beautifully made and fits perfectly.
