What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Good Product, Communication could improve.The lamp shades are lovely and the packing and shipping were great. One thing was to complain about was that I never had any communication after I placed order. Never got an email saying you got the order, never got an email saying it was shipped. The only way I knew it was on its way was because of the shipping company.

Perfect shade for an unusual lampI had a tough lamp to find a shade for, but I found it here! After searching everywhere in local stores and online, I bought this Ballard 18" shade to go with a ceramic lamp base shaped like a large, green, round ball sitting on a wooden base. The metal on the shade also had to be gold or bronze to match the lamp. This shade was the perfect size, shape, fabric (beige linen), and metal. The lamp base and shade look like they were made for each other, and the shade is of high quality. I couldn't be happier.
