The first one i was delivered had a cracked frame and they immediately had white glove service come pick up and re-wrap and got another shipped to me…. no extra fees. Customer service was amazing, when usually big items are tough ti get back to the warehouse. LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS ART AND BALLARD!!!
