Rated 3 out of 5 by Ethan from Nice but needs to be more polished The kimonos are pretty in the shadow boxes but I’m not very happy with the frame quality. It’s roughly finished. I ordered all 4 and 2 were defective. One had a dent on the wood frame and one of the frames had the centerpiece kimono detached. Customer service was very easy to work with. Exchanging was easy. I have this in my guest room/study which is fine. I would have returned it it was for a main room like the front room.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Miomio from Need a good quality control department. The product is not the best but the boxes are very cute. My problem is with Ballard Designs... I have been trying to get the correct product for over a month! Box #4 has been a nightmare! The quality control department is not good at all if you have one. This is my last chance to get the correct item in an acceptable condition or I will return the whole purchase.
