What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Love my cord cover!The change a cord cover can make in a room is huge in my opinion. There are situations where you just can't hide the cord so a cord cover is a game changer. Makes the situation look so much better. I am very happy with the cord covers from Ballard. They are the best on the market - super easy to install, the zipper never gets stuck, and the 'scrunchie' aspect makes them superior to others with snaps. Even the short one, while too long for most of my cords, can be scrunched up to accommodate the cord in a very attractive way. Highly recommend!
