After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Perfect Size and ComfortWe ordered 2 stools to go under a sofa table - also close enough to two chairs to pull out for ottomans. We selected a very pretty fabric from Ballard's large inventory. The stools came ahead of schedule and are beautifully put together. They are very solid, sturdy, and even (no rocking!) I have ordered a number of upholstered products from Ballard and have always been very pleased. They do an excellent job on seams and matching and we have never had any issues over the years. Love Ballard!

Let me start with how pleased I am with the workmanship . The complex pattern of the fabric I selected was handled beautifully and perfectly matched . This outcome was very important to me.
The cubes are versatile and can easily be moved to provide additional seating.
Finally, the cost of the product is so fair considering the fabric, labor and overall quality. Again, Bravo Ballard!

Cubes - cute but a lot of work!This took longer than expected and it showed up with a tear in it. Now I have to wait another 8-12 weeks before the new one shows up. I'm not sure why it takes so long to make these. The cube itself is very nice. The time and quality isn't so great.

Quality is questionableI ordered two of these and within a month, one of them is ripping the seam. I contacted Ballard Design and they're doing the right thing and replace both of them (so the fabric matches) but I'm still very concerned over how long these will last. They were literally sat on twice by two very petite women (not a heavy person that would cause damage). The only reason I am replacing them is because I searched for 3 months trying to find the right size,style and fabric and I really love the look of them.

Very disappointing!I returned the item immediately to the local store. The quality is not up to the Ballard standard that I am used to. Spoke to the manager there, then followed up with a phone call, and never heard back. also not up to the Ballard standard !

Disappointed with the shape after a few uses.Top of cube collapsed after using just a few times. It now looks like a square cupcake, rather than a cube. I have two other cubes which I had custom made about 4-5 years ago, and they are holding up just fine, with much more use than this new one. Perhaps it has to do with the different fabric. But I think the consultant in the store should have steered me away from ordering this combination. Also, the stool took much longer to arrive than the chair, where were ordered at the same time. However, Ballards sent me a $50 gift card because of the delay, which was a nice gesture.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEYWorst on-line purchase, EVER! I do not recommend these cubicles to anyone for the the following reasons: Too heavy to easily move around where needed, AND they aren’t even the same weight. The fabric I chose was okay, but each cube is a different dye lot, one is noticeably lighter than the other. They are poorly done, CLUNKY looking. I would never use these in my home!!!! Obviously, there is no quality control.
