We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Versatile, attractive, functional furniture accentThe upholstered "cube" is a piece that serves multiple purposes, including ottoman, and can be located conveniently throughout one's living spaces. The upholstery is a lovely pattern that blends with a variety of other upholstered furniture. We did take off the legs to make it the appropriate height for us to use as a foot rest. We can easily add them back on should we want to use it in another manner or setting.

Very SatisfiedThe 2 Cooper Cubes we recently received exceeded my expectations. The fabric is Rienzo Indigo, a busy pattern, and somehow the upholsters at Ballard Designs managed to make the pattern flow quite well at the seams. The seat is very firm so it should keep a smooth surface.
