Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the shades were shipped separately and about a week behind. Also, the lamp does have a 3 way switch which is a plus but not noted in the description.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A keeper! Very happy though one of the pair I bought for my living room had a 4" superficial scratch on the glass. It had obviously been unpacked before so it had probably been returned by someone. I decided to keep it because the scratch is hard to see. Both lamps were well packed and wrapped. There was no shipping damage to the outer boxes. The diameter of the base is about 8" across, bigger than I was expecting, but it fits on a 22" side table next to a sofa; it would be too big on most bedside tables. They are stylish, but eclectic. I'm happy with the burlap shade, but having other shade color options is nice if burlap isn't your look. Very happy. My adult sons gave me two thumbs up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful but with a few quirks! The actual lamp was exactly what I was looking for however there are a few things to be aware of. First one I received came with a textured mark on the glass but Ballard was great about issuing a replacement. The 3 way light did not work on the first one either, I figured it was just a lemon all around. However my second has the same issue. It will only click to one level of lighting (70 watt) with a 3 way bulb. So basically it is a 70 watt lamp. Also I originally purchased one of the suggested shades. Well the hardware is gold on the shade and the lamp is all black matte. This may not be an issue for some, since you can only see it when looking from the top, but bothered me tremendously. Especially having a black finial on the bright gold shade hardware. FYI PB makes a perfect fitting shade with black hardware. So if you are ok with not having a working 3 way function and finding your own shade it is great! I did end up keeping it and it is a beautiful addition to our family room.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from just ok Lamps came and they were just ok.... I dont hate them and I love them. Glass appears to have fingerprints and very foggy inside the glass which drives me crazy. I ended up putting them in a bedroom instead of my living area just because Im not crazy about them.
