Rated 1 out of 5 by Dad of Swoosie from It's the little things that make or break The package was delivered 05/29, but it didn't contain the curtain tie backs I ordered. Instead there was a very small navy light shade of a clip on chandelier type. I called customer services and they arranged to have the wrong item returned and picked up by UPS the next day. Customer Ref #1: T7615007 Customer Ref #2: Q1505478 Tracking #: 1Z75E2F12696762044. And I am still waiting. As of 06/0411PM, no response from Ballard’s on their error and action to correct. I will need to followup with Customer Service. Sadly, Ballard’s like so many evovling companies don’t work to resolve issues and and take corrective action. They just put CSR out there without support, consideration of them as their employees, and the impact on them when customers feel they have no recourse but to vent and take it out on CSR.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Tonja from Will not hold outdoor panels I purchased the sunbrella striped fabric for outdoor panels under a pergola at four posts. These hanging tie backs do not hold the panels, the panels fall out of them within 15-20 minutes. This doesn't even take into account that the slightest breeze makes renders them completely useless. I do NOT recommend.
